| Remarks: |
Dean: Overall, it was a good movie. Not 100% historically accurate, but close. Had some funny parts, had some serious parts.
Lyn: Most women-in-sports movies for me are like watching, well, women's basketball. That being said, this flick isn't so much about the sport as it is an era piece, but they do try. If you want something mildly funny that feeds your soul a bit more than the non-historically significant women's movie, this is your shit. If it is any indication, I only took the time to watch this movie in it's entirety out of sheer desperation on TV this year - it was funnier than I thought it would be - Tom Hanks saved the movie.
